Wale started his career 24 years ago, in the UK, as a Software Engineer in the Electronics and Banking fields where he spent 7 years developing and implementing major systems for Barclays Bank. He then progressed into a business role as a Project Manager and later a Strategic Projects Manager in the Financial Services industry where he spent another 7 years implementing major customer-focused projects.

Wale’s management consulting career commenced in 2005 with strategy & performance management projects and training and development for blue chip companies, public sector organizations and SMEs in the UK, Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Wale has worked in the UAE since 2007, initially in the Utilities and Energy sectors, then as an independent consultant in the Financial Services sector and, since 2016, in the secondary and higher education sector where he has led the implementation of many projects and established functions and processes related to strategy, risk, performance and operations management.

Wale established The Strategy Management Office in 2023 and is now seeking to launch and expand the organization to provide strategy and related services in the Higher Education and other sectors.
